"Can't even get the correct name on an insurance card so we have been incorrectly charged for months, and make us pay extra for her mistake. Told us we could have a refund and then told us they were going to take it off the next billing cycle after we told them we are switching insurance companies. What a joke."

"Called 7/11/25 because my wife’s car had a cracked windshield. I was given the replacement number to set up an appointment and I requested an OEM window. I was told it would be that following Monday before they would know if StateFarm accepted the claim. I called Tuesday 7/15/25 because I haven’t heard anything. I was told they were waiting on insurance to accept. So I tried to call and figure it out. Ashley told me she would try to figure it out and call me back. Never heard back from her and got a call Wednesday from window company telling me StateFarm denied my request. I call Wednesday 7/16/25 trying to figure out why I pay full coverage and got denied my request. I didn’t get a call back until Thursday morning 7/17/25 She tells me I have to pay an extra $300 to get an OEM replacement. I ask her to look into why I have to pay so much when I already pay for full coverage. She tells me she promises she’ll find out and call me later that day. It is now 7/22/25 and I still haven’t received a call back. I am now looking for other insurance companies."
